Excellent host, Sabeena ji thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to staying there again. It was raining outside and she even offered her rain coat, that was super sweet of her. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. Room had all the basic amenities and more..ex tea bags, electric kettle, toiletries. Wifi and AC worked great. It also had a shared drawing/lounge room and kitchen that we could use.

The room is spacious and comfortable, it is cleaned every day, the fridge is full of beverages, there is a balcony with a view on palm trees, birds and squirrels. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The beach is close, by bike or car it will take you 5 minutes to get there. There are shops and restaurants near the guest house. The location of the stay and it's neatness was very much attractive. Manager Ashok was so friendly and helpful. A must visit stay in south goa at an affordable price. With a lawn around the house, it doesn't feel like a hotel or home stay, it was like some private villa. Thank you for this experience. I loved every moment here and it's worth the penny.
