Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Anthony was great host. Arrived at 6am, forgot to tell him beforehand. No problem, just called him and I could check in. Left 5am in the morning to the airport. Anthony arranged a taxi to pick me up, also was up at 5am to check out. Everything really clean.

We stayed here to visit Candolim & other parts of North Goa. This is a family run property. The owners stay on the ground floor. The location is very close (just walking distance) to the Candolim beach in an area where all required shops & restaurants are nearby. The property itself has limited parking, however the Candolim beach parking (paid) is located just besides, we had parked our car there & it was very convenient to get to it for our daily trips in North Goa. The room has all the amenities like wifi, geyser, AC, refrigerator, fan, etc & also a private balcony. Breakfast/lunch/dinner facility is available & food can be ordered to be brought to your room or rooftop. On top of this, the owners Arnold & Melania & the roomboy Raju were very warm, friendly & polite. This property has got a very lovely vibe of family, which made our stay really pleasant. Arnold & Melania were always willing to help us with anything. We were with our infant & my family felt safe & comfortable here. Overall, it was really worth it & we had a fantastic experience !! We feel this is the best accomodation in North Goa especially when visiting with family.

Excellent location in front of the ocean, no obstruction, or noisy neighbours, beautiful spacious and private balcony to appreciate the lush greenery and sea breeze in silence. Beautifully maintained garden. Exceptionally clean, best bathroom and instantly hot shower in Goa. Dominic and Leti the owners were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Excellent wifi connection.

Super property. Room size is bigger and it's like a suit. Feeling second home away from home. Cautious, helpful staff and owner was superb. Definitely visit again, and recommended for guests whether travelling single ,with friends, couple or family. So many dining access nearby, beach is nearby. Comfortable big size room, 24 hours hot water. It's actually 1 BHK type. Awesome experience.

Great breakfast can be had at Pete's Shack, which is owned and run by the property. The team there is so accommodating, whether it's to order something special for dinner to ensure we could check in late. The beach is less populated than other areas nearby, and the hotel is within walking distance of great restaurants and an easy trip to Panjim (downtown). Nice balcony, too!

The bed was super comfortable! The room was clean and affordable and the owners are really nice people! Location is good, close to some nice restaurants and the beach! I would highly recommend staying here!

What can I say about vento sereno. I stayed there for a month and l felt so welcomed. The homestead is right back from the road so it's quiet. The room was comfortable and spacious. I didn't need to do anything. As a solo traveller l felt safe and all my needs were met. It's not far from the most beautiful beaches and the staff helped me to have a good time and arranged everything for me. I recommend this homestead. It is beautiful.
