The villa is stunning ! Perfectly functional with high end equipment, the villa is clean, beautiful and well maintained. Rothschild-Tel Aviv studio is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

the location is amazing, the apartment is in a great state (compared to what you can find in TLV), the rooms are big and have all the facilities you would need, access was easy, Meir was very helpful and responsive and the place was very clean (cleaning lady everyday). We did not sign up for breakfast. Great restaurants and coffee shops were nearby. We went to a nearby restaurant for lunch, which was coincidentally owned by the same people and we were given complementary drinks and dessert! Such a nice touch
