The hotel has private parking, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and check in was very smooth. We had three in our room; parents and one teenager. We were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and served at your table by very professional staff. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the perfectly groomed garden and Kilkenny Castle. The location made it easy to see all of the main sites within the townsite and is close to many great pubs and restaurants. A river walk is minutes away and there are plenty of quality shops. Highly recommend fish and chips at Matt the Millar's, just down the hill.

It was small, but clean and comfortable.  Margaret who checked us in, was very helpful and very nice. The room is above a pizza shop but we didn’t find it noisy. We tried the pizza and it was delicious!

Great staff, the pub located downstairs was excellent. Wonderful breakfast + a great selection of beer. Peter was a great host and provided excellent service as well as being an excellent spud of information..... thank you and we look forward to visiting again.
