Beautiful new, spacious, well-equipped apartment, walking distance to the beach, lovely pool and the super nice owner. Our stay was extremely pleasant!

The location is excelent, very close to sand beach. Apartment is equiped with best equipment, it is super clean. Terase is big, and great for being outdoor. I would reccomend it for people with kids but also for friends.

Spacious apartment with all facilities. Washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, external BBQ with a sink next to it, external shower even an additional cot for the baby(upon request). External parkings.

We had a wonderful stay at Smiljana’s 3 bedded aparment. Comunication with the host was flawless! Apartment was well furnished and very clean. There is no A/C but Smiljana kindly offered a large fan whitch was sufficient to keep us cool. There was a small fridge and kettel and also plenty of towels. Bathroom was well equipped too. Location of apartment is convenient. Very close to the town center and to variary of beaches. Overall it is higly recommended!

Wow, EVERYTHING!! Do yourself a favor and go specially to this place. The room were perfect, just like in pics, with everything we needed. If something were missing or we wanted extra, it's immediately got done. The view was perfect, wake up every morning to the beach, and by 2-5 min be in it. The restaurant/bar decorated so well and creative, such a pkeasent to sit there. But most of all, and more important than everything - The host. In all my years of traveling, I can count on one hand the absolutely amazing hosts, and Marko is one of them. Such a good person with a giant heart! He wanted everything for us will be perfect, gave us recommendations every day about different beach spot or restaurant, came specially for us to Zadar to take us, gave us tours in Sv. Fillip i Jackov and Biograd. We sat through the night on beers and kept talking. I am so glad and I am honored to meet amazing person like you, thank you for making my stay beyond everything I've ever expected!!

Perfect location. Close to beach, center and stores. Private parking available
