Beautiful studio apartment with air conditioning and small kitchen corner with everything you need. Close to the beach (7 minute walk) and to the store and bakery and restaurants (5 minutes walk). The owner Sergio is very nice and friendly. The apartment house is in a very quiet street almost without traffic. Peaceful.

The owner was wonderfully friendly and helpful. A lovely big room with balcony and en suite. Quite close to Porec and on a bus route to town. Such a beautiful area.

It was easy to find a location, a little bit out of town, but that's a plus because it is quiet and they have free parking space. Room with bathroom was really spacious and clean, stuff amazingly polite, 10/10.

Very quiet and peaceful area. Perfect for anyone looking to escape busy life. The breakfasts were served in the garden and were exceptional. The garden is very calming and we didn’t want to leave it. We would love to come back one day.

Literally the best place we’ve stayed our entire Croatian trip. We wish we could have stayed longer than one night! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, nice 20min walk to old town of Porec. The host was super sweet and the room was amazing with a kitchen and bathroom! There’s another room across the way but that was it.
