Fairly new facilities (2018), so modern, clean and comfortable. The host(hostess), Jasmin gave us directions for a one hour walk overlooking the park, it was the highlight of our visit. Food was very good.

Everything was super. The location is excellent, outside of entrance 3 to the park, which meant we didn't have to deal with parking lots. Duson welcomed us very warmly and gave us amazing tips on how to maximize our stay at plitvice. Not only that - he made himself available constantly by text to give us personallized directions from where ever we were (and when we were lost). We would not have had the same amazing experience at plitvice without his invaluable advice!

A excellent place to stay when visiting Plitvice National Park. A big advantage is its proximity to a little used third entrance to the Park, which is about a 15 minute walk from the Villa. Everything was super clean and the hosts were very friendly and nice. We even left something behind and the owners were kind enough to mail it to us. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and convenient, too, since you don't have to travel to a restaurant after a long day hiking.

A traditional guesthouse experience, my hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. I arrived late at night and at first they were unable to locate my reservation but made me feel right at home and set me up in a room while they worked it out. They did not speak English, but we were able to communicate just fine. For the price, comfort of facilities were as expected. Location was ideal for someone traveling with their own car. Beautiful view and a short 10 minute drive to Entrance 1, market and restaurants. Access to kitchen, wifi and outdoor patio were a must for me.

Perfect place to stay if you are visiting Plitvice lakes national park, cause it is walking distance to the park. Nice and quiet surrounding, beautifully decorated room, nice and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast, good wifi and free parking. enjoyed staying here and highly recommend this place.

Location is amazing, only 300m from the park entrance, which is not crowded at all.. Everything else was perfect: very clean and peaceful.

Delicious home cooked food, including fish or meat and wonderful home grown vegetables, as well as delicious desserts. Breakfast was also sumptuous, with guests encouraged to make sandwiches for lunch.
