The appartement is located outside Petrcane, which we liked as it is an easy 20 min walk along the beach to town. During the season there is a bus nearby. The view of the place is lovely with a very nice balcony looking out to the sea. Easy walk to the beach. It was a pleasure to meet the owner, who is very friendly and very helpful in case you need something. The appartement is tastefully decorated and in excelent shape. Beds are compfy, good matresses and pillows. We will certainly be back because also it is a very good base for sightseeing and 20 min from Zadar.

Wonderful location facing the sea, just a few steps away; lovely view of the small harbor from the balcony. Well-kept garden full of plants and flowers, with a quiet pool equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas at the back of the guesthouse; very appreciated the private parking close to the building. Ingrid and Sime are friendly, kind and helpful hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just perfect. The location was great, just at the sea. The room was spacious and clean. Maja was an amazing host, she went over and beyond to make our stay as welcome as possible. I highly recommend this property!

What a find! Everything was amazing! Communication with the host was excellent. Perfect space for three or four people. The view is to die for from the balcony! We cooked our last night there and had everything we needed to make a full dinner. It was less than a 20 minute drive down to Zadar to explore for the day, but we honestly just went straight back to the apartment for that view and neighborhood Seaside experience.

Pension Marco Polo has a great location. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay: the room is perfect for a short stay and it offers all the necessary: bathroom with toiletries, a small and sweet balcony, fridge and kettle. The owner was extremely gentle and helpful and we had an amazing stay. Totally recommended!
