Communication with owner is smoothly, fast, friendly helpful with transfer to this place and with honest lovely smile. The kitchen was useful in the morning and we enjoyed watching the mountains from the terrace in the evening with the bottle of wine gifted by our hosts. It's on the edge of town so nice and peaceful at night, albeit without your own transport it would be a bit of a walk uphill.

The family is downstairs and guests upstairs, so you do not disturb each other. It is very quiet at night. The kitchen has a spotless fridge and a fast electric boiler, but besides that it is not that well equiped. I went to the Gergeti glacier, and it was so great that the guesthouse was so close to the trailhead. The hostess does not speak much English, but it was not a problem. She gave me a piece of freshly baked, homemade khachapuri one afternoon which I loved.
