Our hosts were so friendly and helpful. We felt "at home". We appreciated all the information that we received when we asked and the helpfulness on some travel matters. The breakfast was exceptional. Right across the car park to the beach and close to the Pier. Close to the shopping. The room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable. We would return in a heartbeat.

The property was spotlessly clean - and the bedroom was spacious .The owners were lovely and deserve to do well. I was woken up one morning (at 6.20 a.m.)by a deep (male voice) in the kitchen - which must have been underneath our bedroom. But it did not spoil the holiday. We will return!

Absolutely love the property!! love the layout of it. The host was absolutely amazing and was easy to contact and sent Wi-Fi details ect on arrival! There was a really comfy bed, had a lovely lighting throughout, it’s all quite spacious throughout! This place is bigger than some apartments I’ve seen! and although the smart TV is in the living room area it can quite easily be turned and be seen from the bed which I found very handy! It also has parking right out front which is free! And it’s not far to walk to the pier ect. I also love the personal touch throughout to make your stay more comfortable like teabags, sugar coffee, milk in the fridge and shampoo and conditioner to use! There is a massive bathroom area, had a really large deep bath, and a lovely shower with good pressure and a water fall shower head as well as a normal one! Was divine! It’s very good value for money! Everything was just amazing and I’ll be sure to use this guest house again!

Last night got me wondering where you got the mattress from - I'm terrible at sleeping at the best of times, and I slept like the proverbial baby on that, loved the cover too! Easy to find, quiet and clean. Couldn't ask for more.

The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable with a superb sea view. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet despite being on a main road so a good nights sleep was enjoyed. There was a good range of options for breakfast which was cooked individually to order. Sandra provided some great recommendations for places to eat and visit which were helpful. I'd highly recommend this guest house for a break on the east coast.

The beach was less than a minute away and we had a sea view. We were able to take a short walk into the town, which was nice and the pier and harbour we good to visit. The hosts were lovely, warm and welcoming and sat to chat with us over breakfast too. The breakfast was great - fresh fruit, yogurt and cereal were all provided, along with a well cooked Full English, using quality ingredients.
