Great guesthouse. Joy is the best possible host. The room was small but comfortable with all the needed appliances. Breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again if/when I come back to Inverness.

Marianne was a wonderful host! She made us feel so welcome and at home. Her home and guest house was an absolute treasure, shame that we couldn’t stay longer. She provided us with so many helpful recommendations and we look forward to coming back one day. Would recommend to anyone, a very short drive to town too!

Beautiful location close to the city center and the train station in a very nice area. The rooms are nice and spacious. Heather is a wonderful host and a absolutely lovely person. She also gave me very good recommendations what to do and where to eat. Also her own breakfast fast really good. I will definitely come back.

The room was lovely and immaculate! The property also had a terrific location where we could walk to various restaurants and sights. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful with sightseeing suggestions. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice, central spot in Inverness.

Walking distance to downtown but tucked away in a cozy neighborhood with off street parking. Owner was kind and accommodating. Room bar everything we needed with extra amenities

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The contactless check in/out was a great idea. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Breakfast was perfect and very vegetarian friendly. David and Roberta couldn't do enough for us - they were both incredibly friendly and helpful.

The road from the Inverness train station to the house is so picturesque that we enjoyed every minute of our walk. The B&B is in a calm residential area. Laura is an amazing host, and also her nephews 😊 We've got a spacious room on the ground level, perfect for our heavy luggage. Hot breakfasts are made with care and on request. We were surprised that our room was cleaned during our second breakfast (~30') with new linens ready for us. We enjoyed everything during our stay at Laura's home in Inverness.
