Great staff. Great location. Great breakfast. Great restaurant. We were using this location for a day out in Liverpool. The train station is half a mile away and then it takes about 30 minutes to central Liverpool. Free car park at the station. The restaurant has the concept of tapas, the menu is filled with small items and every person can typically select 3 or 4. We really liked that and ate there twice.

Cannot fault this place at all, we absolutely loved the room with all the personal touches and the staff were incredible! The breakfast was also really good quality and an awesome way to start the day! All of this for a very good price gives it top marks

The Alexandra Guesthouse is a tidy, well-tended operation in an interesting, lively neighborhood, apart from, but close to, the historic center of town. Your hostess is knowledgeable and a great lover of Chester.

Hayley and John were excellent hosts. Happy to help and recommended places to eat. Rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Located only 10 minutes walk from Chester town centre. Would definitely look to stay here next time I visit Chester. Thank you for a lovely stay.
