Warm and friendly welcome from Jenny and Becky, who looked after our every need and nothing too much trouble. Beautiful house and gardens, spacious room and en suite, which were spotless. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed many a good chat with Jenny, during our 5 day stay in Conwy.

Room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and has a good size. The location is great, just right there close to the train station and close to all attractions. The breakfast was very good too. There were more variety than normal full breakfast and they were all nice.

Convenient location; clean, comfortable, large room with a great view of the sea. Pub downstairs served an excellent dinner and, since it was Friday night, we got the fish and chips special for only ten pounds each. Our host, Gavin, was cheerful, helpful and hard-working - he did everything! We were really impressed by him.

Welcoming Hosts, Very friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Modern bathroom. Good parking outside. 5 - 10 minute walk to either of the seafronts - we preferred the west beach. Breakfast is served in your room - delivered on a tray to your door. There is a table in your room to eat from. Very tasty.
