We booked a king sea view room and on arrival we were upgraded to the deluxe king sea view room. Waking up in the morning looking over the bay was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. The free continental breakfast was a bonus and very nice with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, cheese, bagels, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Ideally situated at the promenade, our room had a window sea-facing. The bed was comfortable - the shower as well as the TV a bit small though. A tea pot in the room as well as cookies (which were filled up daily) made our stay enjoyable Parking in front of the guesthouse was no problem. All restaurants and shops were easily reached by foot. The breakfast was very excellent & one could pick from different choices!

Lovely room, with big bay widow overlooking the sea. Happy for the thick drapes to hide the street lights. Very nice breakfast, made to order. Our host was very helpful, ordered our taxi when we left and helped with dinner reservations. Wonderful service. Highly recommended and would come back again.

The friendly warm welcome. The appearance and decoration of the whole building and the wonderful atmosphere. Martin and Melissa catered excellently for our group including going above and beyond for dietary requirements.
