The location was great. Close to the centre of Carlisle and quiet. My room was immaculate, well thought, light filled with a big window. Leanne was very welcoming, helpful with local recommendations and all my enquiries and did a really good breakfast in a beautiful breakfast room. Great stay.

It was much better than I expected and perfect for what I needed and more than I expected. Kelly and David are great hosts hats off to them they've got it completely right best b and b I've stayed in bar none . No negatives whatsoever had a great stay and will definitely return a lot of places could learn from the way things are done here, would definitely recommend , lovely fresh breakfast too

Good value for money, and all very clean. Everything might not be the latest most modern fitting (although a lot of the place appears to have been renovated recently) but it all works properly, which isn't something I can say for every other hotel's bathroom! The hosts are friendly, make an excellent breakfast, and are very accommodating.SevastiGroup
