It was modern and spotlessly clean and the hosts have thought about every detail to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast was copious with delicious homemade preserves, yoghurts and pastries plus cold meats and cheeses, all washed down with freshly brewed coffee. Be sure to book an evening meal if you can. Chrystel is an amazing chef and Laurent has a fabulous wine cellar and is extremely knowledgeable about the industry.

What did we like? EVERYTHING!!! Gladys and Jean Claude are amazing hosts. Nothing was too much! Facilities were spotless, breakfasts were delicious! Jean Claude went above and beyond, taking us on a visit to Carcassonne's environs which we would never seen without our thoughtful guide! Do not hesitate to stay! It was a wonderful experience! %

What a lovely stay we had! Karen and Andrew are amazing hosts, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their guesthouse is beautiful with lovely French style and a pretty garden. Breakfast was delicious, they even prepared an early one when we had to leave for our flight at 7.15. They recommended great restaurants and sights that we may have missed and we had some wonderful chats with them. Oh and Carcassonne is amazing! We hope to return!

Situated close to the old city (castle) which was very convenient! It is on the same street as the best restaurants in the town which was a pleasant surprise, but just a 5 minute walk to the new city across the bridge. The property is beautifully decorated and feels like home! The rooms are very spacious, we stayed in the Prince Noir room (recommended) and it had a beautiful view of the castle and the courtyard! If the weather is nice, then breakfast in the courtyard is amazing Thomas was a great help during our stay, very friendly and helpful!
