The staff were incredibly thorough, attentive and responsive through the Booking.com app! The check-in process was super easy with the code we received as well as moving our bags to the luggage storage across the street so that we didn't have to lug our bags around between check-out and when we needed to leave Sevilla. The bedroom and bathroom sizes were large and there was good space to hang or set out your clothes in the bedroom/living area. The location was also amazing, right by the cathedral and lots of places to eat and souvenir shop.

Location, staff and recommendations on sights and food to visit. The daily cleaning definitely helps too. Room was super comfy with a rustic feel, just the way I like it.

Super-friendly staff, gave me a lot of recommendations of what to do in the city and was very nice and helpful overall. Location is very close to bus & metro to the city center. There are enough bars and places to eat nearby too, and it's close to Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium, in case anyone wants to go to a Sevilla FC match. Room was small but clean. Would definitely return as well as recommend to others.

11/10 We loved our stay here. The owner, Raul, went out of his way to welcome us from the start. He gave us several great suggestions of local authentic places to visit and eat. He even gave us a bit of Trana"s history. He absolutely made our stay fabulous. Everything was spotless and situated a few min. walk to most sights, including the Torre de Oro and the catedral. This cozy bedroom had everything you could need for a few days stay, including a lovely terrace where to sit and enjoy a cup of wine or tea.

What a lovely place to stay, it is in the perfect location to explore Sevilla - a stones throw away from the most beautiful spots, and surrounded by lovely little eateries and bars. The room is modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We stayed in room 2 with the patio which would have been amazing if the weather was a bit better! We had one evening when it didn't rain and it was lovely relaxing outside before we went out for a meal. The service was very friendly and welcoming, communication was outstanding. If we're ever fortunate enough to visit again we'll hope to book a room here again.

Very very very good location Love it a lot Next time I will stay here Room is nice with smart TV Bed is so comfortable Staffs (small ladies) are so helpful Coffee shop downstairs is very good but so busy I figured out to travel by bus myself but hotel staffs always recommended taxi but it’s ok I have small room sometimes my head hit to hanging TV But room is somehow quiet from outside just the opposite room so loud in hallway but not too bad.

The property is elegant, and in my four weeks of travel through Spain and France was far and away the best! I wish I knew more about the history of the building but clearly it was once the private residence of a wealthy family. The breakfast was also an excellent value with a very good variety and broad selection
