The place is with good location in the old town and the common arear are well maintained and authentic. The girl at the reception was really friendly and informative, she explained us everything we should know about CadiIz.

A highly recommended place to spend a nice time in the center of Cadiz, next to all the city's attractions. A clean, stylish and comfortable apartment with a bathroom, TV, fridge and well-functioning air conditioning (please follow the service instructions). A built-in balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the street of Cadiz added comfort and charm. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there are many bars and cafes nearby. The service is very helpful and nice. Parking lots are on the outskirts of the old town and 800 m from the hotel. We will definitely come back.

The room is big, with all you need for one night. 2 towels per person, sockets, hangers for clothes, a chair. The bed is wide enough for 2 people. There's a sink in the room which is pretty convenient. Bathroom and toilet are shared, but they were very clean with a sufficient supply of toilet paper and shower gel. We were staying during low season (May), so we were actually the only guests using bathrooms. Bathroom rooms are proper rooms, not just cabins, which gives you enough privacy. The lady at reception spoke good English and explained a lot about the city. She also allowed us to leave our bags in the storage room for 3 hours next day.

Location is great! Just in the centre. Two stations are 5 min walking, beaches 10-15 min walking. Reception - perfect! A lot of help and advices. Thanks for everything. Room was clean and cozy, bathroom was also pretty good. I highly recommend!

The host is very nice and helpful, the location of the place is perfect. The building is beautiful inside and out, it has a small lobby and a very cute place where you can make yourself coffe and eat some croissants or muffins provided by the hoast. We enjoyed the stay very much!
