On this westbank hotel side you can relax, without 1000 people trying to constantly sell you something. Very good food from the Host. Cheap to reach side with boat (10 EPG per person). Would recommend this host and hotel to everybody. 👍🏼

It's a fairly simple guest house on Elephantine Island. The staff are friendly and warm. Food is awesomely delicious (breakfast). Best breakfast I had in my Egypt trip. Very hearty and flavourful. And the guest house is right by the Nile River, facing the West Bank where the tombs on the hills are fairly visible. The sunrise and sunset is magnificent. The view is great and unobstructed.

Peaceful and quiet. The rooms have all the basic necessities and is very clean. The staffs were very nice and the food was great! Kafana helped us arrange a private transport to Abu Simbel at a reasonable price, gave complimentary rides to their motor boat and even checked in on us to make sure we made it safely to our destination. Great hospitality at great value!
