It's a very inspiring place and friendly owner/staff and exceeded my expectations in terms of style and therefore value. You have your own room in a shared appartment, it is very clean and comfortable has many facilities even though shared (big kitchen/living room with all you need to cook n spacy toilet with my washing machine) it is well decorated and has this cosy homy style, fresh and young but traditional and simple that makes you feel at home.

We stayed 3 nights while vising relatives in the area. Easy to find located in residential area. Boarding house located in nice safe neighborhood, vintage home well kept. Room, and community hallway, restroom and kitchen well lit and fairly clean floors and walls. Good wi-fi and plenty of hot water.Outside of house well kept. Parking on driveway very convenient.
