Very nice place - modern, clean, cozy, and spacious. We had windows pointing to the inner yard so it was even calm and pretty quiet. It's not exactly in the center but the tram stop is near. There is free parking on the street in front of the house.

The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, although there is not much to do there. But the centre is pretty close. The room is totally okay for its price. Silva is really helpful.
