Perfect location in a lovely guest house, it was very clean and comfy, they i even let some sweets and coffee at the kitchen which was a big plus.

The appartment is in an excellent location close to the city center. A supermarket is within 5 min walking distance, hence I did not try the breakfast in the Villa which can be ordered on request. The villa is located in a quiet street and the landlady and staff are very nice and always helpful. Rooms are freshly refurbished, well equipped, and nice. There is a living room and a small garden to be used and a fully equipped kitchen. I can only highly recommend this place if you are travelling to Sofia.

We stopped here, one night during our trip to Greece. It was a very good decision. We found here clean, comfortable, airconditioned nice rooms. What are the pros: - comfortable checkin - cars in safe place (even garage) - playground nearby - close to public transportation if you would like to visit the city center - there are shops and restaurants in the area - air conditioning - clean and comfortable

We visited in August with 3 couples and 2 singles. Amazing house where every room is decorated with a different theme. Fully equipped kitchen (quite small) and multiple toilets and showers. A/C in each room. Nice inner patio to chill / smoke. Location is 5 min walk from shopping area and 15 min from Serdika. The host is very friendly, helpful and flexible.

Dessi went above and beyond. She was very helpful suggesting restaurants, attractions, public transportation, and arranging a taxi. I requested the attic room and my wish was granted. I also love the location! Walking distance to many major attractions. Hot shower and comfortable bed. Good wifi. Thanks for the bottle of water.

It was great. Our flight landed late. We came at 2 am. We were greeted and shown to the apartment. The apartment is big. We were 5 friends and it was really great. The price is unbelievably low. When we checked out it was quick and friendly and they offered us some coffee. Location was great for us.

I received the best room, number 7! Very cute and clean. It was just a empty bottle of coca-cola on the balcony😂 they didn’t see it I guess. I really liked the light of the room and the fact that is was exactly in the centre of Sofia. The bathroom is in common with the others room, are 3 toilets in total, and showers separately. This is why the price of this accommodation is so low. But it really worth it, especially if you stay a few days. If I’ll need again a place where to stay in Sofia, I will choose it again. *ask for the room number 7!* 😂 Thank you!

The owner was amazing. We were so lucky to meet such an amazing person out of the many people Bulgaria. He made my trip so much better, and we have had the best stay at his apartment. The owner is so helpful and kind he helped us rent a car and reach the airport. He didn’t leave us until he made sure we were safe. I will forever be grateful to him.
