Really nice outdoor space and great location, 5 minutes from the beach. It can get hot in the room, but the AC was working perfectly. The owners are friendly and really helpful, and they would clean the common areas every day.

Lyst og trivelig rom, veldig bra med egen balkong! Fikk muligheten til oppbevaring av baggasje etter utsjekk, uten ekstra kostnader. Ankom etter midnatt, innsjekk uten problem. Super beliggenhet i ft nærhet til Old Nessebar, restauranter, strender. Alt innen gangavstand.

Excellent! A very good place for an affordable price! The rooms are comfortable, with a balcony, cleaned every day, the owners are very committed and helpful (I tell you: the owner has a very nice surprise for you at the beginning of your stay!). You will be able to use a common kitchen with a microwave, dishes and cutleries. The nearest beach is just some 5-10 minutes away on foot. The center of Nessebar can be reached within some 25 minutes on foot. The area is very pleasant, silent and romantic. We will definitely come back here!

First it was the very good contact with the host. Speaking English, promptly answering messages, it was facile to communicate. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area, having the parking place under the balcony (the apartment is on 2nd floor). A few small supermarkets (but with all necessary) are in a 2-3 minutes by foot, and a nice coffee shop is about 5 minutes by foot. The distance from the Old city center is about 25 minutes and the the nearest beach it's about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. It is a nice, big, sandy beach, with many parking places on the gravel, just next to the beach. The apartment is very clean, has two balconies, and everything you may need in the kitchen (it has a big fridge, microwave and toaster, but no stove).The bathroom has a walk-in cabin. The electric boiler switch is on the wall, just be careful not to switch it off by mistake. We were 2 adults and two kids and we had plenty os space. The bed is very ok and the sofa bed big enough. If I add the very competitive price, this apartment is a very good choice in Nessebar.

The room was clean and big, there was a SmartTv at the room and air condition, also a balcony with a table and chairs. At the room there was also coffee/tea as a compliment from the host. It was very pleasant and comfortable guest house, close to the main street and the beaches. The host lady is amazing. She is so smiley, friendly and responsive. She provided us everything we asked for. When we have arrived she found a parking place for our car and we have checked in earlier. Also the last day she let us check out later and leave our car while we were at the beach. We go there for third year and we will definitely repeat. I recommend this place.
