The location of the villa is absolutely amazing, 3 min away from the beach, 4 min to the old church, plenty of restaurants, and places to see. The room itself looks even better than in the photos on booking. Highly recommended !

Location very good, very nice garden, silent and peaceful. The room was comfortable, with AC. There was kitchenette and place to dry clothes. Everything as described, clean and comfy. Fully recommended!

The rooms were big and clean. Everyday when we were outside they cleaned our rooms. The location is very good. The beach is nearby, the best restaurant-"White Rose" is 10 minutes away and there are many supermarket with good prices. The landlord was extremey kind and responsive. He gave us direction how to get there and even took our baggage from the bus stop.

First it was the very good contact with the host. Speaking English, promptly answering messages, it was facile to communicate. The apartment is located in a very quiet and safe area, having the parking place under the balcony (the apartment is on 2nd floor). A few small supermarkets (but with all necessary) are in a 2-3 minutes by foot, and a nice coffee shop is about 5 minutes by foot. The distance from the Old city center is about 25 minutes and the the nearest beach it's about 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by foot. It is a nice, big, sandy beach, with many parking places on the gravel, just next to the beach. The apartment is very clean, has two balconies, and everything you may need in the kitchen (it has a big fridge, microwave and toaster, but no stove).The bathroom has a walk-in cabin. The electric boiler switch is on the wall, just be careful not to switch it off by mistake. We were 2 adults and two kids and we had plenty os space. The bed is very ok and the sofa bed big enough. If I add the very competitive price, this apartment is a very good choice in Nessebar.

great location in the new city, 5-10 mins walking to two beaches, absolutely spotless, so many thoughtful details! WiFi was great, too, was able to work and do a few calls from there.
