Bed was comfy, location very good at a 10 min walk to the train station, and about same distance to the city centre. Good breakfast with possibility to also make yourself a lunch bag if needed. I would describe the location as one in the heart of Mechelen, you have a short walking distance to beautiful places. Our suite was very clean, very comfortable and cozy. We had a wonderful terrace. We rented the suite, which has a living room, a garden terrace and a sitting room with wood burner - in addition to the double bedroom. Quiet, comfortable and clean, and a lovely host to welcome you and make you a yummy breakfast. The cathedral and city centre are a few minutes walk, and a car park is located under the cathedral.
