Everything. Our hosts, Ria and Lorenzo, were exceedingly friendly, helpful and kind. Location could not be better as was every aspect of Villa Vauban. Hopefully, we will stay again when the Menin Gate is reopened.

Amazing location for decompression and relaxation. The breakfast was outstanding and the hosts were very helpful and engaging. It's apparent they are truly inspired by their BnB. PS try the coffee!

Absolutely loved the location, centre to Ypres with everything in walking distance. Great hospitality, we was made to feel very welcome. Lots of history and general knowledge of the area and surrounding areas. Bedroom was extremely clean and tidy, very spacious with all the basic necessities. Breakfast was exactly what you need to start your day with fresh cooked eggs and bacon, continental options on the side.
