A lovely small hotel in a beautiful location, by a small river. Modern, nicely styled, functional rooms. Excellent wellness center, including a well-equipped fitness room. Amazingly-rich breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff, including the owners, Melanie and Andreas, and the receptionist, Eva, and in fact, everyone. Easy access to the main roads to Austria and Germany and 10 minutes drive to the airport, all without traffic jams.

Beautiful hotel....was clean, spacious, excellent breakfast included in the price of lodging. The spiesegarten served excellent food and beverages at a reasonable price. After sightseeing we came back to the hotel for dinner. We loved the garlic soup with croutons and weinerschnitzel. Highly recommend this place.

It’s a nice little place, very clean. We had 2 single rooms for my granddaughter and me. No breakfast, but didn’t expect it. It’s at the end of the street, turning the car around is a bit of work. We were looking for a simple inexpensive base for exploring Salzburg and the surrounding area, not a destination hotel with lots of services, it was just what we needed. Laundry service is available for 8 euro a load.

The cleaning ladies were very nice and attentive. Luggage storage in front of Hotel Max 70 for free which was really appreciated. 24h check in via terminal which was very easy and convenient. Very comfortable beds and good location approx. 20 mins from old town away, bus station in front of the hotel.

very nice rooms and the view is incredible! Close location to Salzburg center but also totally calm and surrounded by nature. Very nice Sauna, actually 2 Saunas and steambath. Excellent breakfast! total recommendation

The apartment was immaculate, kitchen well set out, nice bathroom, views fabulous across the paddocks to the mountains, bus transport immediately outside to the City Centre (bus 4 times an hour, 15-20 mins to Centre), shops down the road, internet excellent and the hosts very professional. Washing machine available for a fee downstairs, plenty of off street parking. Highly recommend.

The proprietors are wonderful - very friendly, charming and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is an elevator, which is not always the case for small hotels and B&Bs. Right next to.a bus stop for convenient travel. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna - next time!
