This is a great room with a beautiful view. Moreover, the room was very warm. We had a wonderful breakfast. Great location, it took us up to from 10 min to 1 hour to get to interesting places in the area (lakes/other villages). Nice and hospitable hostess. I will definitely come here again.

Fantastic property in the middle of the mountains ….such a beautiful view…absolutely breathtaking. Andrea and her husband were really hospitable and the room was super spacious and cozy. It's a great place to stay for families for a reasonable price. We were two adults and three kids. Rooms are big enough and comfy for sleeping. The kitchen is better than in the photo, we could find everything we needed. The view from the balcony is fascinating. The facilities were clean.

In winter, guests can access the cross-country ski trail right in front of the guesthouse. The ski lift and the ski school of the Dachstein-West and Hornspitz-Mittertal ski areas are just 500 metres away.

In summer enjoy a game of tennis while children entertain themselves in the playground. For winter, the nearest ski lift is 500 metres from the property, which can be reached with the free ski bus that stops outside. Cross-country slopes begin from the guest house.
