Staying with Igor and Gohar was like visiting your favorite family members: the hospitality was unmatched! We were met with coffee and sweets, offered multiple meals and snacks throughout our stay, including local fruits and vegetables, home-baked pastries and home-made wine and vodka, etc. The hosts also provide great recommendations of what to visit in the area. The B&B was kept very clean, our concerns about sharing a bathroom went away quickly. There is a parking space on the premises. 10/10 would recommend.

This was hands down one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at. What an absolute gem. Views, location, interior / exterior design were incredible.

I reached the guesthouse only to realise it was full, actually accommodating refugees from Artsakh Karabakh during the Azerbaijan incursion. The host was unable to speak in English but had a big heart to make necessary arrangement for me by putting me up at their home instead. The hostess and the elderly mum are the sweetest Armenians! I was offered a huge room with thick blankets, homemade dinner and a filling breakfast, even the milk and cheese come fresh from a cow which lives beneath their living quarter. Their guesthouse, and home, is not far from the cemetery which affords amazing veiw of Shinuhayr and the surrounding. Their location is also great for day hikes to the abandoned villages Khot (aka Machu Picchu of Armenia), Shinuhayr, and Halidzor. I would come stay with them again if I am back in Shinuhayr.

The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

First of all, I must mention how much I appreciated the host, the mother and son; they were truly amazing, and their love was exceptional. They treated me like their own son or brother. When we arrived, I had a headache, and immediately the mother gave me Armenian coffee and medicine. We really enjoyed the morning view of the mountains through the window, as well as the breakfast Our room was a peaceful sanctuary amidst nature's beauty. Soft colors adorned the walls, and the gentle light filled the space. It felt like a cozy haven where dreams come alive, with stunning mountain views from the window. It was a place where we felt truly at home, surrounded by the magic of the mountains

The owner! Armen was very commited to make the best of our stay in Tatev (weather was really bad the entire time). He made a barbecue especially for us, showed us his own little wine cellar and we were even treated to a little "concert" of armenian music by his friends in said wine cellar. Good Breakfast as well!

The house is very comfortable, has great views on mountains. It is managed by warm and hospitable pair, Garik and Metaxia. The room was rather spacious and there was everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We've had varied and very tasty breakfast with local cheese and delicious Metexia's homemade gata (local pastry). This place is definitely the one, we'd like to stay in next time.
