Quinta Vilar e Almarde offers rustic-style accommodation in Castelo de Paiva. We were received exceptionally. The hosts are dedicated and attentive. A word of attention to Mr Luis and Filipe who provided me with an excellent conversation / company. The pool was sublime and breakfast was perfect. 2 days of peace and quiet. Amazing place!

Situată pe un domeniu viticol, pe malul drept al fluviului Duero, Quinta De La Rosa este o proprietate de familie, aflată la 2 km de Pinhão. The Location was very convenient for travellers by train. The views are fantastic. The owners are very friendly and chatty about their properties.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. the staff was super nice! very clean and unique stay.

Quinta de Chousas - Braga - Agroturismo se află în Braga și pune la dispoziție vedere la grădină, biciclete gratuite, o piscină în aer liber, o grădină, un lounge comun și facilități de grătar. Extremely friendly family! The adult sons all spoke English well, so communication was good. They were all so proud of their Agroturismo and gave us a tour, telling a bit about their family history. We were served an appetizer soon after arrival, which included wine from their vineyard. We had a huge breakfast with a number of homemade specialties, in fact way more than we could eat!

Nuno is an outstanding host. He seems to have a special worldview. His place looks like a piece of heaven, he welcomed us with open arms, gave us recommendations around the village, allowed us to use all the facilities - unlimited pool, kitchen and public living room, check out until 2pm with an elaborate breakfast. He suggested us to stay even after checking out to use these facilities. The environment gives quality time with nature, we rested and enjoyed. Only one minor thing-the road to the place includes sharp descents with narrow road-alleys that only good drivers can manage. Thank you for the time in Paradise Nuno. We will definitely come back to stay.

The staff was really professional and did their best to make us feel comfortable. The place is just amazing, a very modern and atypical house and bungalows in the middle of a river, vineyards and hills and was perfectly located from the places we were going. We had a really good time.

Host was amazing and kind. Food was amazing, felt like we were visiting family. Claudino cooked us wonderful 4 course meal for dinner. Breakfast was a feast. Lovely fire was roaring when we arrived. Best experience of our trip to Portugal. If you are anywhere near…plan to stay. We will be back in summer to enjoy gardens and pool.
