Lovely cottage, very clean and comfortable. Rod and Kim were very friendly, we loved the walk around the farm. Appreciated the firewood supply and breakfast food.

From driving down the well maintained farm track, to the warm welcome, to the animals, to the banter, to the breakfasts! Kim and Sharon are lovely hosts, and are passionate about what they do, where they live and the animals (farm and domestic) they share their lives with. They are also very easy to chat to. The unit we stayed in was perfect - and immaculately clean. The bed linen was hotel standard. The breakfast is delivered at a time between 7:30 and 8:30, and consists of warm, freshly baked bread, homemade jam, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, plunger coffee granules, and, if you are lucky, freshly laid chicken eggs (you cook them how you like them). I can't wait to recommend, and to revisit. The only negative comment is that I didn't get to see the new 'home' for their duck, known as Thousand Dollar Duck! A new pond was being installed for it. ☺️😂

El Shearers' Quarters Rathmore admite mascotas y ofrece alojamiento con barbacoa en Hollow Tree. Hay aparcamiento privado gratuito. Had a wonderful few nights at Rathmore. Call generously upgraded us to the Cottage so our little family could have some more space. Cottage is great for kids. Easy under an hour drive up to Maydena to ride. Shearers quarters would be a great location for a group as well. Beautiful property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you!

El Elvenhome Farm ofrece una acogedora chimenea de leña y vistas al huerto y a los jardines, y es una granja ecológica única. Ofrece una experiencia educativa a los huéspedes. We loved everything and our kids too. Remote enough to feel away from civilization and close enough to all the necessary things and places to visit (Cradle Mountain Park, wildlife sanctuaries…). The orchards, the farm animals, the wonderful welcome from Graham and Kathleen. We just regret not spending more time on the farm.

Mount Rumney Escapes - 1h Haven Horse House está en Mount Rumney, a solo 13 km de Theatre Royal, y dispone de alojamiento con vistas al mar, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Our visit was only overnight stop, due to a committment we were unable to look around next morning or meet hosts. Sad that the country is so dry at this time year

Cherry Top Farmstay - Boutique Eco Village dispone de vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Se encuentra en Lilydale, a 26 km de Museo del Tranvía de Launceston. A comfortable home away from home in stunning surroundings. Welcoming hosts and everything you need catered for. I am a return visitor because I haven't found better and the value is amazing.
