Quinta de Lograssol, smeštaj na selu u gradu Mealhada

Quinta de Lograssol is located in the village of Lograssol, 3 km away from Mealhada and 5 km from Serra do Bussaco. The property features a green garden and an outdoor swimming pool.

We stopped at this Quinta enroute from Evora to the Douro Valley. The rooms were very well appointed and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast the next morning. There is a small living/dining room available for guests to use. When the restaurant we were hoping to eat at was closed, we ended up getting the fixings for a charcouterie board at the local supermarket. We came back to the Quinta, set up in the dining room and ended up having an enjoyable evening complete with drinks and playing cards. It really felt like we were at home. It was very enjoyable talking with the owner over breakfast the next morning, learning more about the history of the Quinta. There is a lovely pool on the grounds which would be very enjoyable in the summertime to relax around after exploring the surrounding countryside.
