Staying at Quinta do Regalo was an exceptional experience. The farm, the mansion, the pool and the guesthouse are all beautiful and clean - spotless. The family takes unbelievable care of their guests. We could not have asked for more. The breakfast is very nice, it has everything you could wish for. The family even prepared at birthday cake at one of our birthdays. Coimbra is just around the corner, lots of amazing nature tails and the city of Porto are just an hour away. Parking is free and safe. We have read comments in others’ reviews about the highway being near. At daytime it is audible when at the pool. At nighttime, we have not had any trouble at all with the sounds. Please don’t be discouraged by the highway when considering to stay here.
