Diana was amazing, looked after us very well. rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean, location is 5 mins from city centre, private parking is provided with locked access for residents only. absolutely loved it and looking forward to coming back

If you go to Toscany and love nature sites, make sure to visit Poggio ai Santi Hotel in San Vicenzo. It was the most wonderful experience!!! Francesca, the owner, has a very sophisticate taste, but somehow make sure that we feel like home. You can feel her love in every detail, especially in the gardens. Her staff took care of us in a way that “fed my soul”, and my body, with a “five star restaurant” where I had the best fish ever! Eva, Daniella (fluent in Portuguese) treated us like part of their families, helping us in every possible way. Andreas (part of the bar staff) prepared the most delicious cheeses samples for we taste with the regional wine. Our favorite: “Big Truffle”, just delicious. We really want say thank you for all the care and love, from all staff, even from Iris, Francesca personal dog, that came to give her paw to us. Sooo cute! We have even asked to extend our time there. We didn’t want to end! So, if you want to feel special, go to this place. We felt close to heaven! 🌷

The best thing about this property is the people working there: helpful and friendly! Good pool ( not deep) for kids to play and for parents to relax. nice area by the pool to have an afternoon cocktail, which were very well prepared. If you are with dog, dog beach close to the property and so much space to have a walk with him Nice breakfast. You can use water machine any time. bigger vegetable selection would be nice.

This is a very nice place that offers a spectacular sea view, especially in the evening at sunset. The suite is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a nice vacation stay. We did not try the hot tub as it was rainy when we were there. San Vincenzo is very nice location for shopping/dining, for enjoying the beach and also for biking or hiking. The host is very accommodating and attentive. He made our stay even better by even helping to solve our car problem for us on a Sunday.

The owner/host was very helpful, sweet and available to help us organize our stay. She advised us on activities, places to visit and even helped by calling and asking for availability, opening hours, and ticket prices. She was really sweet and helpful!

Great location and very comfortable bed. The owner, Daphne, was really cheerful and helpful - made me feel really at home. She even made a vegan cake especially for me, and gave me half of it to take away with me. I highly recommend this a great place to stay.

A stunning view and environment surprised me when I woke up and looked outside, because I arrived in the dark! Breakfast was amazing, from the homemade breads, cakes and cheeses to the fresh picked tomatoes, basil, and pears. And it is still winter! wow.

Tamara and her family got out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our children had the best time feeding the horses and playing in the pool. They even got the chance to ride on the farm‘s pony. Breakfast was excellent with many homemade products including delicious cakes. The beach is very close and very beautiful. There is a cosy beach bar where you can enjoy lunch or you just bring your own, for example some of the fruit and vegetables from the farm. It’s really a perfect place to stay with children or if you simply like to stay somewhere peaceful.
