I've been to quite a bit of hostels but this must be the most well run I've been so far. Everything works super well and customer service is exceptional for a hostel. Very comfy beds and well mainteined facilities!

Featuring a shared lounge, a terrace as well as a restaurant, La Renta Hotel & Spa is located in the centre of Hanoi, 200 metres from Thang Long Water Puppet Theater. The rooms were small, but the service more than made up for it. I wish that I had booked more nights there. Ms. Lucy was the highlight of this location. Her customer service was far beyond all the others that I've experienced in all my travels. She handles that hotel like she owns it. Even when I wasn't staying there, she took great care of my traveling needs. I'll stay there every time I come back to the old quarter of She still working there. Thank you for everything Ms. Lucy.

Very comfortable stay, in a very spacious room, location is super good and staff is very kind and helpful. I would recommend, absolutely 10/10 :)

Boasting a terrace, Hanoi Calista Hotel is situated in the centre of Hanoi, 700 metres from St. Joseph Cathedral. This 4-star hotel offers an ATM and a tour desk. The staffs are the best. The receptionist staffs are sweet and attentive. They made the stay such a pleasant experience. The hotel offer free amenities, such as free shower for guests who already checked out, free umbrella and etc. Breakfast is great with so much options. Location is excellent and close to everything. Overall, highly recommended.

The staff was amazing, we felt like royalty during our stay, they cared about every detail, from the first minute we arrived we were greeted with a Welcome drink and sweets. The receptionist was very kind, she took the time to explain every single detail about things we needed to know about Hanoi and the hotel. The breakfast was a mix of large variety of tradicional dishes and Vietnamese cuisine with plenty of different fruits and juices, They had Vietnamese coffee and the Pudding was incredible. Our room was always cleaned, with complementary water and fruits. I Will definitely go back to this hotel when I go back to Hanoi.
