Hotel ten usytuowany jest w uroczej dzielnicy Nob Hill w San Francisco, w pobliżu mostu Golden Gate i placu Union Square. Na miejscu działa restauracja. Premium location. Cable car station is just around the corner. The staff was very polite and helpful. Room clean and spacious. I also like the gym setup, with big windows. The pool is next to the gym, outside on the roof.

The property was beautifully decorated for the holidays. We immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff. It was our first stay at the Mark Hopkins and we definitely plan to return. breakfast was amazing and the beds were the most comfortable beds we’ve had in all of our travels. This was the perfect location for our San Francisco stay-cation. We definitely appreciated the generous 12pm checkout and willingness to accommodate a 1pm checkout for us. The views of the City and the Bay are amazing at this location!

The room was large, comfortable, the bed was nice. The fridge and microwave in the room were lifesavers. We had a ton of closet space as well. It was more than enough for two people. The area was also very nice, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, and diagonal to a large supermarket. There were bus stops nearby as well. The people at the front desk were super nice, helped us with our bags, even let me use the shower after check out. The bathroom was shared, however we never had to wait to use it. All around a lovely experience for my first visit to San Francisco.

The building is a magnificent piece of San Franciscan history, it's almost worth staying there just to visit the building itself. Perfectly positioned next to the tram stop and a very short walk from Union Square and some great restaurants. I'd like to give a special mention to the staff, in particular Fred who gave us a great tour of the hotel and told us all the stories associated with the place.

Perfectly located to explore city’s highlights. We could reach pretty much everything we wanted by just walking. You can watch cable cars from apartment windows, but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff were always very nice and kind to us. The area around felt safe and clean.
