They have been so accommodating in all our requests including changing layout for our kids sleeping, holding our packages for us in between our two stays, printing our paperwork and even making last minute changes to get us a room when we got snowed in in Tahoe and couldn’t make it back on time. Concierge and the porters team - you really are a wonderful and friendly bunch! Michael, Alex, Mike, Eduardo … I know there were more of you who helped us so much, it’s been a while and we can’t recall all of your names!

The location was great, 10 min walk to the Ferry Building and 5 min to Chinatown. The room was gorgeous with a cool classic look. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was outstanding, they were on top of our needs and offered great recommendations and insights about any question we had.

Newly renovated and situated within 5 minutes’ walk of Ferry Building shops and ferries to Alcatraz, this luxury San Francisco hotel features guest rooms with stunning views of the San Francisco Bay... The room and bay view room was beautiful and spacious. The lobby, actually entire building, is architecturally stunning, and the location is perfect.

Fantastic ambience great staff, only had a problem while checking in, The person who attended to me was biased n gave me a bad room, which I got it changed. The staff was great and a comfortable stay and recommended very highly of this great gorel

Matatagpuan ang hotel na ito sa Union Square district ng San Francisco na nagtatampok ng shopping at dining. The hotel was located right in the heart of downtown San Francisco right next to the Crocker Galleria. There was a very pleasant rooftop garden for hotel guests to explore. My room was very quiet even though it was in the city centre. There was free coffee and tea available in the lobby in the morning as well as a special happy hour from 5 to 6 pm every evening for drinks. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, this Hilton is conveniently situated crossroads of the Financial District, Chinatown, and North Beach. the location was perfect for us.We had a high floor with a view of the bay as requested thank you for filling our request. Front desk service 5 star. really enjoyed the entire experience, We come to San Fran once a year and The Hilton is our new favorite.
