Clean and modern, with a great swimming pool, especially for kids, and a terrific roof top terrace to chill out on at the end of the day. Breakfast was good and there was coffee available 24/7 in the reception area. A big shout out to Jake at the reception desk who was so helpful, giving us great tips for where to go (and not to go!) in Portland and the surrounding area - a real credit to the hotel.

The person who cleaned my room and bathroom came often and I had absolutely no complaints. The concierge at the front desk were for the most part really kind, polite and often conversational. They answered most of my queries really quickly and were efficient whenever I needed any help. One of the hotel staff at the front desk was a little brusque, but maybe I caught her on a couple of off days. Otherwise everyone was really friendly. I was comfortable and happy during my stay.

This boutique hotel is located in downtown Portland, 5 minutes’ walk from the Portland Art Museum. A fire pit and furnished patio is available for guests. Rooms feature a flat-screen HD cable TV. It has everything you can expect from a nicer hotel. Free coffee and water in the reception. Very clean with a great view from the big window. Nice big and comfortable bed and a big TV with lots of channels. Good quality coffee in the room. The location is good, walking distance to Old Town with a lot of resturants and bars.

Downtown is a bit sketchy in some parts, but the hotel is in a comparatively nice area. Also, check-in/out times are generous.
