Ideally located in Chicago, Homewood Suites By Hilton Chicago Downtown South Loop offers air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. I love everything about this hotel. From the valet staff at the entrance door to the check-in counter. Everyone was very friendly. (Donna helped me the most)! Other staffs were always smiling and asking if we needed any help.

Immaculately clean, well-maintained, courteous staff (Cynthia and in fact ALL the Front-Desk managers!) at a prime location (South loop, downtown Chicago), well-connected by CTA bus and the iconic Chicago "L" ("elevated") trains to ALL the Chicago attractions such as Cruise, Riverwalk, Field Museum, Millennium Park and the Bean, The Magnificent Mile, The Willis Tower, The Navy Pier, and all such "must-see" spots. This Hotel, in addition, is immaculate and safe. The cherry on the cake is that the Hotel is just next door to the mammoth McCormick Convention Center (where I had a Conference to attend) with a direct bridge-connection!

Directly connected to McCormick Place, this Chicago hotel features state-of-the-art technology and connectivity, with over 93,000 square feet of meeting space, on-site dining and a 24-hour fitness... Room was well furnished; pillows were nice and soft; the bed felt similar to my own. I appreciated the darkness of the room for sleeping and the room safe. It was nice to have an ironing board and iron and even better that I didn't have to use it. The Room Service speed was excellent.

I like the service of Mr. Humberto. He was very kind and nice. Mr.Humberto helped me to change to a bigger room. Also Mr. Art was kind and polite with his service. Different from the young lady behind the desk. The lady behind the counter was rude.
