I was only at the hotel for 1.5 days but Andrew made a lasting impression on me. I recommend this hotel because of his care and commitment.

Holiday Inn Dar Es Salaam City Centre is located in the business district just a 5-minute drive from nearby banks, embassies and shops. extremely very good staff. special roof top and food was delicious even breakfast is amazing. lots of options for dinner.

El Harbourview Suites se encuentra en el centro de Dar Es Salaam y ofrece vistas al océano Índico y a Zanzíbar. En el edificio hay piscina exterior, centro comercial y casino. La habitación ejecutiva es muy espaciosa y con un balcón también grande y cómodo con vista lateral al mar. No había mosquitos a ninguna hora del día y tampoco ruidos, en general muy tranquilo. El restaurante excelente aunque un poco lenta la cocina... Merece la pena la espera! Precios asequibles y buena calidad en los productos. Sirven la comida con un toque de cariño. Me ha encantado todo lo que he probado. El desayuno buffet no muy abundante pero si variado, también me ha gustado mucho. El servicio espectacular.

El Serena Hotel, situado junto a un campo de golf y un club deportivo, ofrece vistas al océano Índico. It's not my first time at Serena, but the other times I couldn't use any of the amenities. This time I used the Gym, the sauna and enjoyed the overall atmosphere of this hotel, and the feeling is great. The rooms are not new, so shower and wc could be improved. But the room is huge, the service is excellent, like it is expected in a 5 starts. Small courtesy like preparing your room for the night, plenty of complementary water, very nice view to the garden and sea. The gym is excellent. Small details like having a smart TV that connects to our phone are also a plus. And they were very friendly to allow me a late check out considering I was taking a late flight, so it allow me to take a nice shower before leaving. The hotel is general is not a new style hotel, but you can feel the tradition and a mix of Arabic and África. There's a lot of people coming from outside to use the restaurant and that gives some extra life to the hotel. The other times I was not so impressed, this time I loved it. Thank you to all staff.
