Perfect hotel, beautiful, brand new. our stay was exceptional, the best time in Istanbul. Staff was very nice, they allow us to stay 2 hours after official check out time. Access to club lounge is really good option, there is variety of food and drinks there and it’s a good calm place for work.

First the hotel staff very nice and smiley people , when I extend my stay they update me to a room which it was sooo big and luxury . Location : within a 5 minutes walk to a big famous mall Capitol , and the same distance to MTR or bus stations and a plenty of restaurants and coffee shops ( even I had my dinner in the hotel itself for few nights - good menu and tasty dishes- Breakfast : same thing : very kind and happy staff there too, food : all types of what you expect Plus free business center to use and can use the printer as well if needed- I did- . I would like to thank Yesim from the housekeeping & the great front disk men Sergen ,Berke ,yigit & his shift co partner as well, I love istanbul more because of you guys !! See you again ! :)

The location of the hotel was terrific if you want to see both Asian and European side. Just around a corner there is a ferry station that takes you to the other side of the bridge. Staff was wonderful and extremely polite, especially Ömer and Berk who were very helpful regarding anything I needed. At the very first day, I wanted to upgrade my room for the one with the Bosphorus view. They gave it to me as a complimentary without any charges, since they didn’t have any other guests there for the days of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in future.

The hotel at perfect place closest to Metro and Marine Ship Terminals and moreover closest to the Üsküdar beach that is perfect view. The staff are so Collaborators and friendly. Finally the room is so comfortable and beautiful. When I coming to Istanbul I’ll come back to this hotel.🥰

Great location, near subway and bus stations and many cafes and restaurants and Emaar mall is only 20-30 minutes away if you walk. Very friendly and helpful staff, free tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 and a large variety for breakfast and free wifi. Our room was spacious and clean. Great value for the price, definitely recommended!
