Perfect hotel, beautiful, brand new. our stay was exceptional, the best time in Istanbul. Staff was very nice, they allow us to stay 2 hours after official check out time. Access to club lounge is really good option, there is variety of food and drinks there and it’s a good calm place for work.

The location of the hotel was terrific if you want to see both Asian and European side. Just around a corner there is a ferry station that takes you to the other side of the bridge. Staff was wonderful and extremely polite, especially Ömer and Berk who were very helpful regarding anything I needed. At the very first day, I wanted to upgrade my room for the one with the Bosphorus view. They gave it to me as a complimentary without any charges, since they didn’t have any other guests there for the days of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in future.

Finally the room is so comfortable and beautiful. When I coming to Istanbul I’ll come back to this hotel.🥰

Very friendly and helpful staff, free tea and coffee in the lobby 24/7 and a large variety for breakfast and free wifi. Our room was spacious and clean. Great value for the price, definitely recommended!
