The hotel is about 7-10 mins walk from Aksaray metro station and Havaist airport shuttle service and the tram to Sultanahmet. The room was clean and very pleasant. My room was upgraded for free from single bed to double bed without even asking for it, which was a really pleasant surprise. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check-in early at no additional cost. I was even invited to have a breakfast while my room cleaning is finalized. Thank you for the kind service and your hospitality! This hotel is now one of my favorite ones in the Aksaray area.

Set in Istanbul, less than 1 km from Suleymaniye Mosque, Danis Hotel Istanbul Old City offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. The hotel is very well situated, close to the tram station, close to the bus station to the airport, close to one of the local sightseens too. There are places to go out to eat at the evening too. The breakfast was standard, but it is absolutely lovely serviced by the staff. I've got also free of charge upgrade by arrival, that was a pleasant compliment from the hotel. As I stayed only 1 night and had late check in/early check out, I had no chance to experience all hotel facilities they had. But I will be back to them with the next opportunity. The hotel is very much nice in my opinion.
