The staff were incredibly friendly and generous especially Ahmad and kawthar. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was great with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was good with different varieties and the Chef at the breakfast hall was very polite and he gave every one a lot of attention.

I was allowed to check in early as a favour and since I was due to check out by midnight for.my connecting flight, the manager alliwed me to utilise my free breakfast that same morning upon check-in. All the major tourist spots are very easy to get to from the tram station, which is 1 minute away from the hotel.
