MAYAR RESIDENCE features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Istanbul. Location is spot on. Considering the inability to drive a car in Istanbul, you have to use the public transit. Hotel is aprox. 100m from the station Kocepete, single metro line! M1, from city centre to the hotel. Flat was entirely new, with brand new appliances and utilities, bathroom also. Immaculate, tidy, no dust, or any sign of wear and tear in the apartment. 10/10 Staff was excellent! We were in an apartment with a master bed and 2 sofas in the living room. Sofas were extremely comfortable and able to extend in width to make a really comfortable bed to sleep on. Overall experince 10/10. Will definitely come again when revisiting Istanbul.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was kind, professional and unbelievably helpful. The beds were comfy, the food incredible and everything was so clean. Located close to forum Istanbul mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Good value for money, very cooperative staff, spacious rooms, best location right next to forum mall and train station. Will be staying again here in future.

Very beautiful, comfortable and clean room with amazing view!!! Also the staff was great! Everyone was always very willing to assist us with all our requests!

The hotel's location is perfect for travellers, who arrive at and will proceed from Esenler otogar or go to the airport by Havabüs. It is only a short walk from the bus station over to the hotel. Just pass the mosque at the otogar, go down the road besides the mosque and at the end turn right. Then you reach Ciftlik Road and follow it untill you reach Fez inn Hotel on the left side.

Attractively set in the Bayrampasa district of Istanbul, Istanbul Nova Hotel is situated 8.5 km from Halic Congress Center, 9.1 km from Suleymaniye Mosque and 10 km from Spice Bazaar. Good staff, helped with the check-in, gave me to choose which of the two rooms I like best, offered a better room than the one I rented, at no extra charge. Thank you Shakir, everything we needed was done.
