This hotel clearly exceeded my expectation and this is my first time that I rate a hotel that high. I have been into many 5 stars hotel, but this is beyond that level. I would personally rate this hotel more than 10. Clearly, this hotel ( both the owner and staff ) has a good mindset and the hotel owner and staff is very passionate about their job. The breakfast was actually the best breakfast that I have ever tried, and it is clearly better than most gourmet restaurants and hotels. I never been in a hotel or resort that makes such an excellent breakfast. The room itself was super clean, spacious and also I like the design of the room with Asian influence, all the details of the room is made into perfection. Everyday the hotel gave small presents. Also, this hotel strive to do things better. Any issues that I have had was solved quickly by the hotel staff. This hotel makes me feel home.

Good, comfortable, big bed. Pool was clean and refreshing. Location was walking distance to anything we needed and easy to find for grab. I cannot say enough about the staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in center of Nimman, very convenient for shopping and dining. Parking is available but limit. Staffs are very nice. Hotel is designed look like home. There are coffee bar, soft drink and snack common area with nice common room nearby the bar, it’s free of charge same as minibar in the room. big clean room, big bed and bathroom. Clean and comfort. Decorations is very good. If we go to Chieng mai in the future, this hotel is our the first choice.

We had an excellent stay at Zivi. The staff were extremely welcoming and made our stay feel like home. The room was very clean and well maintained. Amenities provided in the room were excellent including coffee machine (in dining area) with many capsules to choose from. The room and bathroom were more spacious than typical in Chiangmai and just perfect for us (we were 3 people with added extra bed). Location is perfect if you want to explore Nimman area which has lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all day round.
