Friendly, hospitable and accommodating staffs from the lobby, restaurant, Housekeeping and so on. 2. Great selection of 'a la carte' breakfast with small buffet station. We had late lunch at the same dining venue. Khao Soi was the best in town personally (a bit more creamy). 3. Complimentary mini bar in room and daily refreshment (different flavoured water) upon turndown. Nice touch. 4. Swimming pool was surrounded by the hotel so it keeps tranquility and relaxing ambiance. Hot Jacuzzi was comfortable too. 5. The hotel location is comfortably away from bustles places but it is easy to access to the place that we planed to visit.

The kids club is the best during all our stay hotels in Thailand. Very very spacious, clean and tidy, lots of activities, and various types of toys. My two kids love it. It also has swimming pool for kids. The spa in hotel is amazing. Definitely would recommend to every family trip!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always suggesting great places for food and entertainment that consistently turned out to be amazing. They were very friendly chatting at breakfast and whenever we were coming or going. I loved the complimentary shuttle rides around town in a vintage Mercedes! The hotel was so peaceful, we actually stayed in for a whole day just relaxing around the facilities.

Located in Chiang Mai, Puripunn Hideaway is a 20-minute drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. The hotel features a spa, cafe and rooms with free WiFi. All hotel staff were smiling and trying to help. Especially Jack :) I'm visiting again soon. The pool has a hot jacuzzi and it made the pool warmer than other pools in Chiang Mai.
