We got the Grand Deluxe with Garden view room and it was absolutely fantastic! The room Amazing bed, incredibly comfort - we slept like babies ahahaha! The room was very, very spacious and the design is just great. We had all the necessary stuff in the room, including flip flops for each of us - especially as we were going quite often to the swimming pool. I loved the fact that they have their own line of toiletries, coming in full-size (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner), with the possibility to buy them for your home at the reception. Thank you for being a sustainanable property in this sense! The AC worked well all the time and the Wifi was really good for us - also there is a possibility to connect your phone to the TV for Netflix - highly appreciated. BONUS: you have in the room a 'dossier' with EVERYTHING about Chiang Mai - from best restaurants and coffee places to experiences and must sees. They prepared everything for you! :) Services The pool is a must-go. The size is ok for the hotel, and I loved the 'smoky' touch to it. The breakfast options are limited, but tasty. I, myself, am a person who hates waste and in general most of the hotels I have been to have a buffet breakfast that throws away a lot of food :). This is the first hotel that works on 'ordering' basis, in the sense that you get a menu with breakfast options that you can choose from. You will get the basic croissants, fruits, butter anyways, on top of what you will be ordering. The staff and concierge.. chapeau bas! These people made our stay brilliant. I cannot thank enough to the staff that went out of their way to accommodate us: from an earlier check-in, to ordering Grab/taxis for us aaaaand day trips around Chiang Mai. We came to Chiang Mai with no idea what to do, but the staff helped us book a great 1 day trip to Chiang Rai and a wonderful Spa experience at 'The Home Spa' (which I highly recommend).

The breakfast had divesity and it was delicious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The softness of bed was just right. We booked a triple room and the extra bed is also not sloppy. The entrance of villa is private and not directly connected to the main road so theres some privacy. The swimming pool looks very hygienic and clean, and there is obviously well-gardening. We were really lucky to be able to check-in early. I would love to stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.

Hotell Thai Akara - Lanna Boutique asub Chiang Mai vanalinnas, 400 meetri kaugusel Kolme Kuninga monumendist ning linna kunsti- ja kultuurikeskusest. The location is excellent, staff is nice and friendly, breakfast has enough options for everyone's taste and cleanliness is on point!

Restorani, tasuta eraparkla, aia ja terrassiga Le Naview @Prasingh asub Chiang Mais, 500 meetri kaugusel Wat Phra Singhi templist. See kolmetärnihotell pakub toateenindust ja parkimisteenust. Staff were friendly, helpful, excellent. Room was comfortable, clean. Swimming pool available.

POR Singharat asub ideaalses asukohas Chiang Mai kesklinnas. Kolmetärnihotell pakub majutust Chang Puaki turu ja Kolme Kuninga monumendi lähedal. Peretubadel on päikeseterrass. I was absolutely blown away with the service from the staff and even the recommendations provided to us. There was not one recommendation provided that didn't exceed our expectations. Our rooms were clean and very comfortable. I cannot stop talking about the staff, they were so welcoming and very beautiful people. The definitely made our first trip to Thailand enjoyable and memorable.
