First and foremost, the staff were very professional and helpful. We had an issue with the room and were accommodated with a better room. The international buffet was well presented and had everything you could imagine. The Japanese breakfast setting was very nice as well. The gym and pool areas were decent. The divided elevators from ground to lobby and different elevators from lobby to upper rooms and gym were delightful with little time to wait for either need.

It was well located for the embassy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a toddler and they found a stroller for her which made our outings a lot easier.
