But most importantly, the hospitality by the front desk staff was excellent! Front desk staff Mr. Moya'ad Al-Thagafi was so helpful and understanding. He welcomes every guest warmly and made sure that my stay was exceptional and extending his support directly to me. I would like to personally thank him for his efforts and dedication.
